宮本裕人は東京を拠点にするフリーランスのストーリーテラーです。テクノロジー、デザイン、メディア、教育、環境、SFなど、さまざまな領域における執筆、編集、翻訳を行っています。
1990年、神奈川生まれ。東京理科大学にて生物工学を学んだのち、文章を書く仕事をしたいと志すように。コロラド大学ボルダー校への1年間の留学を経て、早稲田大学大学院政治学研究科ジャーナリズムコースを修了。2015年より『WIRED』日本版エディター。2017年よりフリーランスとして活動しています。2017年にロングフォームに特化したストーリーテリングプロジェクト『Evertale』をスタート。2019年に時代と社会の変化に耳を傾けるメディアプラットフォーム『Lobsterr』を共同創業しています（2022年に卒業）。
世界はストーリーに溢れている。そして、素晴らしい組織や製品、プロジェクトの裏には、必ず素晴らしいストーリーがある。そんなストーリーを観察し、伝える人でありたいと思っています。
Yuto Miyamoto is a freelance storyteller based in Tokyo. He writes, edits, and translates on various topics such as technology, design, media, education, environment, and science fiction.
Born in 1990. He studied biotechnology at the Tokyo University of Science, then decided to be a writer. After studying abroad at the University of Colorado Boulder for a year, he graduated from Waseda University’s M.A program in journalism. He joined WIRED Japan as an editor in 2015 and has been working as a freelancer since 2017. He started Evertale, a long-form storytelling project in 2017, and co-founded Lobsterr, a media platform that listens to changes in our age and society in 2019 (and left Lobsterr in 2022).
The world is full of stories, he believes. And every great organization, product, or project has a great story. He would like to observe and share those great stories.
